Hentkor respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on our website without your permission, please send us a takedown request in accordance with the DMCA.

1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To request the removal of infringing material, please send an email to dmca@hentkor.net with the following information:

  • 2. Exact URL(s) of the infringing material you want removed.
  • 3. Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.

  • 5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • 6. Your electronic or physical signature.

We do not collect your real name, address, or payment information unless you contact us directly.

2. Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA takedown requests within 48 hours. If the content is found to be infringing, it will be promptly removed.

3. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload copyrighted material without authorization may have their access to our services terminated.

4. Counter Notice

If you believe content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification. It must include:

  • 1. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • 2. The URLs of the material that was removed.
  • 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  • 4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address, or for any judicial district in which the service provider is located.
  • 5. Your electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
